ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1 week to process your order. Expect an email within 1 week to let you know your order is on the way! 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within one month using UPS, Private Drivers, or USPS delivery standard is 7-10 days. Shipping is free on all orders. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the handmade nature of Oh So Lovingly products, returns are not available. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at ohsolovingly@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
