Bring the outside in with a playful butterfly. She was inspired by my childhood weekends... Every Saturday morning, my mom would take my sister & I to the club playing tennis for hours. I wanted this work to evoke the same feeling of smelling the clay courts, sunscreen, and tennis balls. Yes, they have a very distinct smell that brings me back to my country club summers.
